Australian summers are tough and they’re not getting any cooler.
One of the most serious consequences of extreme heat is bushfires, like the ones currently affecting communities across Victoria.

Our hearts go out to everyone impacted. To the families, locals, and communities facing uncertainty, loss, and disruption - we’re thinking of you.

We also want to express our deepest gratitude to the firefighters, volunteers, emergency services, and support crews working tirelessly in incredibly challenging conditions. The work you’re doing to protect lives, homes, and wildlife does not go unnoticed.

As a small business, we know there’s only so much we can do — but we genuinely want to help where we can. If you, or an organisation you know, could benefit from cooling support during this time, please reach out to us. While we may not be able to assist everyone, we promise to do our best.

Extreme heat is no longer a rare event. It’s becoming part of everyday life, and moments like this remind us how important it is to look out for one another — especially those on the front lines.

Please stay safe out there.
Take care of yourselves and each other.

P.S Special shoutout to the crew at the Wandong Fire Brigade for sharing these images and for the incredible work they’re doing on the ground. We’re grateful for everything you and so many others are doing to protect the community in such tough conditions.
