1. Shipping Destinations

1.1. We currently ship to all addresses within Australia.

1.2. Due to popular customer demand, we are slowly shipping Capucool to more countries, starting with Singapore! Want Capycool where you are? Message us here

2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

2.1. Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-10 business days
  • Price: $10 AUD

2.2. Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, regional areas etc. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs or postal service delays, or increased shipping volume during holidays, which might extend delivery times.

2.3. We are currently offering Free Shipping for orders over $50 AUD.

2.4. Express Shipping available for selected products (Waist Fans, Neck Fans etc) using AusPost express - 1-2 Business Day delivery to major metro cities

3. Order Processing

3.1. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

3.2. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. Tracking Your Order

4.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4.2. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or the courier's website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

5.1. Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their nature (e.g., items containing batteries). These will be noted on the product page.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

6.1. As we ship within Australia only, there are typically no additional customs, duties, or taxes.

6.2. If you are having the item shipped to a location that incurs additional charges, you will be responsible for paying these fees.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

7.1. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

7.2. We will work with our shipping partners to locate lost packages or process claims for damaged items.

8. Changes to Your Order

8.1. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

9. Delivery Issues

9.1. If you are not available to receive your package, the courier will follow their standard procedures (e.g., leaving a calling card, attempting redelivery, or holding at a local depot).

9.2. CapyCool is not responsible for packages left unattended at the address provided by the customer.
