THE DIFFERENCE MATTERS
Ships to Australia isn't the same as ships from Australia.
Here's something worth knowing before you order. Just because an online store says "Australian shipping", "Ships Australia" or even "Free Australian Delivery", doesn't necessarily mean your parcel is coming from Australia.
Some online sellers dispatch directly from overseas warehouses. That can mean 2 to 3 weeks waiting for your order when everything goes smoothly. If international freight backlogs, customs delays or lost-in-transit issues occur, it can stretch to 4 weeks or longer.

These are examples of possible overseas shipping delays, not delivery estimates for every competing retailer.
We made a different choice.
We could have shipped orders directly from overseas and avoided the cost of holding inventory and running local warehouse operations.
Instead, we chose to invest in stocking our products locally, employing Australians to pick and pack orders, and getting your cooling gear on its way as quickly as possible.
It costs us more to do it this way, but we believe it's worth it for a better customer experience.
After all, when it's 38°C outside, the last thing you need is your fan sitting in an international shipping queue.
GETTING YOUR ORDER MOVING

Order before 1 pm. We aim to dispatch it that day.
Most orders placed before 1 pm Sydney time on business days are dispatched the same day, excluding public holidays.
As we head into peak Australian summer, occasional dispatch delays may occur during especially busy periods. Our team is working hard to keep orders moving.

A quick note about delivery times
Dispatch time and delivery time are different. Our same-day dispatch target refers to when your parcel leaves our warehouse, not when it arrives at your door.
All delivery timeframes are guidelines, not guarantees. Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delays caused by weather, network congestion or other carrier issues are outside our control. Express Post is a faster shipping service, but it does not guarantee next-day delivery to every location.
