How does the Ice Touch Plate work?
IceMate uses semiconductor cooling technology to make its metal cooling plate cold to the touch. Gently place the plate against your skin for a refreshing sensation. The plate is designed for direct contact cooling, not for refrigerating the fan airflow.
Does IceMate blow refrigerated air?
No. The fan provides personal airflow, while the Ice Touch Plate offers localised cold-touch cooling. It does not work as an air conditioner or cool an entire room.
Can I wear IceMate around my neck?
Yes. IceMate comes with a detachable soft-touch lanyard that connects using convenient clips. This lets you wear the fan around your neck for hands-free personal airflow.
Can I use IceMate on my desk?
Yes. Its adjustable rear clip can function as a stand, allowing IceMate to rest on a stable, flat surface and provide directional personal airflow while you work or relax.
How long does the battery last?
IceMate features a 3,000mAh rechargeable battery with up to 10 hours of advertised fan operation. Actual runtime depends on the selected fan speed, cooling plate use and conditions.
How many fan speeds are available?

How do I charge IceMate?
Recharge IceMate using its USB-C charging port and a compatible 5V USB power source. A charging cable is included.
Is IceMate suitable for travelling?
Absolutely. IceMate is compact, rechargeable and versatile, making it a convenient accessory for holidays, sightseeing, commuting and everyday outings. Always check applicable airline battery requirements when flying.
Is IceMate useful for hot flushes?
IceMate offers convenient personal airflow and a refreshing cold-touch plate for moments when you suddenly feel warm. It is a comfort accessory rather than a medical device or treatment.
