Got this fan for my brother who loves fishing and always wears a hat. Very powerful for such a small lightweight fan, he absolutely loves it. Can be a bit loud especially on high speeds, so wouldnt use it indoors (nor would you need it), but outdoors it's fine.

No portable fan is completely silent. CapyClip uses a brushless motor, but normal motor and airflow noise should still be expected, particularly at higher speeds.
Can I attach it to a safety helmet or hard hat?
