Usage Tips

Some handy tips to get the most of your mounts shared by our customers and team.

• For DualForce Holder - Make sure the fan clips in firmly and securely (you might need to give it a solid push). If it’s not fully clicked in, the base won’t rotate properly.
• For Magnets - The magnets are super strong when placed flat against a smooth surface. To remove the fan or holder easily, tilt the unit sideways first instead of pulling it straight out — this breaks the magnetic grip instantly.
